The FOIA request pertains to any data on the Requester in such illegal database... The Administration of Courts has not been particularly honest in its responses on previous FOIA request. It remains to be seen how it would handle this one...

Tel-Aviv, January 22 - Freedom of Information request has been filed on the Administration of Courts, pertaining to any information on the Requester in the illegal database, maintained by the Administration of Courts on "critics of judges" (the request is copied below).
A series of media reports has recently dealt with the existence of such database:
- Reports that indicated that following protest by an NGO, the office of Attorney General instructed the Administration of Courts "to freeze" the operations of the illegal database.
- Reports that indicated that the Administration of Courts refuses "to freeze" the operation of the illegal database.
- Reports of a petition to the Supreme Court, requesting the filing of indictments against those who maintain such database, including senior judicial officers...
The Requester, Joseph Zernik, PhD, is a regular "critic of judges":
- Established the Israeli "Jail for Judges" Facebook group;
- Filed criminal complaint against former Supreme Court Presiding Justice Asher Grunis, in re: deceit pertaining to appointment of pretender Chief Clerk Sara Lifschitz;
- Filed criminal complaint against Judges Eitan Orenstein and Hagai Brenner, in re: deceit pertaining to their conduct in court files of the self-immolated Moshe Silman;
- Filed criminal complaint against Judges Yitzhak Cohen, Esther Hellman, Avrhaham Avrham, in re: deceit pertaining to their conduct in court case of Roman Zadorov;
- Filed criminal complaint against Judge Esperanza Alon, in re: deceit pertaining to her conduct in court case of Conservatee R.S.
- Filed voluminous report with the UN Human Rights Council for the 2013 Universal Periodic Review of Israel, detailing fraud and corruption in the Israeli Courts;
- Filed voluminous report with the UN Human Rights Council for the 2018 Universal Periodic Review of Israel, detailing fraud and corruption in the Israeli Courts;
- Published and presented academic papers, pertaining to fraud and corruption in the Israeli courts in conferences worldwide...
