Obviously, it is a state record of historic significance.  Obviously, such record holds substantial significance relative to the general election campaign, now in progress.  Therefore, the publication of a perverted, invalid record in this matter is patently unreasonable.  The systematic perversion of legal and judicial records fundamentally undermines public trust in the law and justice system.  The routine of such perversions should be deemed serious violation of human rights and subversion of procedures and institutions of the democratic regime.

Tel-Aviv, March 02 - urgent inquiry has been sent this morning to Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit - for a copy of the authentic "Suspicions record, in re: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu”.  The inquiry was filed following the publication yesterday of a patently perverted and invalid record ("fabrication").

It should be noted that Israeli government offices and media routinely publish invalid, perverted legal and judicial records.  Such conduct undermines the integrity of the law and justice system. It should be deemed serious violation of human rights, and conduct that undermines procedures and institutions of the democratic regime.

Following is the inquiry, sent this morning to Attorney General Avichai Mandelblit

RE: “Suspicions reord, in re: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu” - publication of an adulterated, invalid (“fabricated”) record, and an urgent requets for a copy of an authentic record

I herein request your immediate response, time is of the essence!

Dear Attorney General Mandelblit:

Yesterday, February 28, 2019, following years of expectations, “Suspicions record, in re: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu” was published by media in your name.  For example, the publication by Channel2, linked below. [1]

However, the published record, which is a scanned electronic record, and which reads as a letter to Mr Netanyahu, appears on its face as a perverted, invalid record (“fabrication”).

The excerpts above: 1) Opening page – with no coat of arms of the State of Israel, no letterhead of your office, no reference number, no name of the addressee, and no salutation; 2) Page 54/57 – unsigned signature box; 2) Page 56/57 – repeat of page 54, with a signed signature box.

Obviously, it is a State record of historic significance.  Obviously, such record holds substantial significance relative to the general election campaign, now in progress.  Therefore, the publication of a perverted, invalid record in this matter is patently unreasonable.

A lengthy volume was submitted by Human Rights Alert- NGO for the 2018 Universal Periodic Review of Israel by the UN Human Rights Council.  The entire submission focused on “fabrications”.  The submission was incorporated into the final 2018 High Commissioner of Human Rights report on Israel with the note: “… serious deterioration in integrity of law and justice agencies in Israel… integrity and validity of any legal and judicial record from Israel is dubious at best.”

Both media and senior senior State officers, including the President, have repeatedly noticed over the past year the deterioration in public trust in the law and justice system.  In addition to a series of other scandals, the handling of the Netanyahu affairs is one of the major causes.

In view of all the above, and hoping to augment public trust in the law and justice system in Israel, I herein request a copy of an authentic record of the February 28, 2019 “Suspicions record, in re: Mr Benjamin Netanyahu”, if it exists at all.
