It's going to be an exciting new year! Trying to challenge the GDPR

Last week, I received the green light from Nechama Dar, and yesterday it appears I recruited Tamir Milo as the first commander for the volunteer force in this major assault on Israeli compliance with the GDPR.

The plan is to lodge a challenge against Europe’s "adequacy" decision regarding Israel. This decision carries immense economic value; therefore, any threat to it will move things here that otherwise cannot be moved at all... such as the courts...

The assault will not target the 2024 decision. Various European organizations are already challenging that ruling based on the use of mass surveillance technology against the entire Palestinian population.

I regard the 2011 decision as the primary target. In that decision, European authorities relied on an alleged review and arrived at a conclusion that a superior judicial system operates in Israel, strictly adhering to the English Common Law model. This conclusion is utterly delusional and completely detached from reality...

The attack will be multi-pronged:

1. The Family Courts

2. The Enforcement and Collection Authority (Hotza'a LaPo'al)

3. Net HaMishpat (the national court information system)

4. Electronic Signatures

I have documented experience and successes in similar actions—four submissions to the UN Human Rights Council between 2010 and 2018, each addressing a different judicial system and its corresponding information technologies.

The 2018 submission led to a particularly scathing report on Israel. Following that, Chief Justice Esther Hayut acceded to my request and removed Aharon Barak's disclaimer: "Subject to editing and phrasing changes." The effect of that disclaimer was strikingly similar to the effect of defective digital signatures.

The primary personal outcomes of my nearly 20 years of activity are:

(A) Bizarre harassment by Bank Hapoalim, ostensibly on behalf of the US government, which lasted over a decade under the protection of the Israeli courts.

(B) From the "Democracy" camp—female judges taking systemic revenge against me.
