12-04-23 Constitution Worshiping
For starters, it has not worked for most of the history of the United States, from the Louisiana Purchase, through Slavery, the Civil War, the 19th Century Robber Baron Era, riots across the United states during the Great Depression, to the current Robber Baron Revival Era...
Even the Civil Rights Movement, which may be the "Golden Age" of the US Constitution, came into being not through the political process, prescribed by the US Constitution, but despite of it... after blood was shed in response to popular revolt!
It is just a myth that is propagated to numb the People.
It is not that we should discard the rule of law, but the fraudulent constitutional myth is empowering the powers that be!
Your are not free...
11-12-10 Where should Occupy go next? Civil Disobedience in the footsteps of Thoreau and Gandhi!

Richard Fine - 70 year old, former US prosecutor, had shown that judges in Los Angeles County had taken "not permitted" payments (called by media "bribes"). On February 20, 2009, the Governor of California signed "retroactive immunities" (pardons) for all judges in Los Angeles. Less than two weeks later, on March 4, 2009 Richard Fine was arrested in open court, with no warrant. He is held ever since in solitary confinement in Los Angeles, California. No judgment, conviction, or sentencing was ever entered in his case.
